2. Non-Returnable Items

- Personal Care Products: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened personal care items, including cosmetics, skincare, or any beauty-related products that have been opened or used.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

4. Refunds
